10 DAY RETURN REFUND POLICY
Dirtbike Tyres NZ is 100% confident that our products are great tyres at a great price this is why we offer a money back guarantee.
We are proud of our Brands and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If the product order is not what you expected, we will exchange any unworn, unused and unaltered products.
Returned goods are to be returned at the expense of the customer.
Returned goods need to be received by Goldentyre NZ within 10 days of the product being received by the purchaser.
Returned goods will be either refunded or exchanged and the new item will be shipped to you free of charge with in 24 hours of receiving the returned goods, subject to availability of product.
Please include all original packaging and materials shipped with your product originally. If any are missing we cannot exchange or refund.
